Additional Support for Bridges

To facilitate planning and implementing Bridges we offer several types of resources. In some cases these tools will enable teachers to engage parent-helpers, paraprofessionals, or even older students in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
Work Places Instructions - A set of blacklines including a materials list, a summary of the skills learned during the activity, and detailed instructions for implementing Work Places. (K-2 only; for grades 3-5 see Teachers Guides).
Material List by Unit - For each unit you'll find lists of the blacklines to photocopy and supplies to gather. (K-2 only; for grades 3-5 see Teachers Guides).
Inventory List - This list outlines every item included in each Bridges package allowing you to keep track of all your materials.
Home Connections – Individual pages and assignments from Home Connections book accessible online by parents and students.
Corrections- Includes location and description of corrections as well as revised pdf file that can be downloaded.
These additional support materials are available for each grade level Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3, Grade 4, and Grade 5.
